owner has lived and worked in Winter Park
for over 35 years. He has travelled the world
and has collected many souvenirs from many
places. They are left in the home for your
enjoyment.
The
master bedroom (queen sized bed) is on the
second level. Here you will find a full bathroom,
balcony and seating area with a sectional
sofa. Perfect for relaxing and reading a book
or taking a nap!
The
second bedroom (full sized bed) is on the
main level. It too has its own bathroom.
The
home sleeps 4 in those beds, but you can use
the sofas for some overflow sleeping, especially
for a child or two.
The
kitchen is fully stocked with way more than
you will ever need! There are countless dishes
for entertaining at the large dining room
table. The windows in the dining room provide
lots of sunlight. Also enjoy the Santa Fe
style gas fireplace. Very cozy.
You
will find a TV in the living area as well
as another gas fireplace. Hopefully you will
find yourselves enjoying the amazing Sun Room
complete with tile, plants and swing. (see
photo!). WiFi available.
A
propane grill is available on the back patio.
Aspen trees throughout the yard give it a
'woodsy' feel even though you are still in
town.
We
