This
three bedroom, newly renovated,condo is situated
in Granby Ranch, formerly known as Silver Creek,
which is just 20 minutes from the Winter Park
Resort and 20 minutes from the majestic Grand
Lake area and Rocky Mountain National Park.
The ski lifts at the Sol-Vista Ski Area are
right outside our front door! You can literally
walk, in your ski boots, to the lift. The 360
degree views are incredible. Snow covered peaks,
rolling hills and the golf course are just minutes
away.
There
are two bedrooms on the first floor of the
Condo. The master has a queen bed with a private
bath. The second
bedroom contains two twin beds. A full bathroom
in the hall is convenient for that second
bedroom and for the private bedroom in the
loft which houses another queen bed. The living
room area is very comfortable and contains
a working fireplace. A small home theater
system makes watching TV even more enjoyable.
The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your
cooking needs.
A
private clubhouse is also just steps from
the condo. It contains an outdoor hot tub,
wet and dry saunas, an indoor pool, meeting
area, and WiFi accessibility. There are also
changing areas and showers for your convenience.
